Marco Giorgino is Full Professor of Corporate Finance at Politecnico di Milano and MIP School of Management.
He has been Consultant in M&A deals concerning enterprise evaluation and corporate finance projects; he is Member of the Board of Directors in Mediolanum Gestione Fondi SGR, in Duemme Hedge SGR, in Duemme Servizi Fiduciari SpA (Banca Esperia) and in B&B Italia SpA.
He is author of several Italian and international publications concerning banking and finance topics and President of the Scientific Committee of Finance Channel.
