In this context it is of paramount importance for those who will be involved in deal making, as well as for those who will take challenging management assigns, to develop restructuring and turnaround skills and to be able to measure and quantify shareholder value.
Marco Giorgino is Full Professor of Corporate Finance at Politecnico di Milano and MIP School of Management. He has been Consultant in M&A deals concerning enterprise evaluation and corporate finance projects; he is Member of the Board of Directors in Mediolanum Gestione Fondi SGR, in Duemme Hedge SGR, in Duemme Servizi Fiduciari SpA (Banca Esperia) and in B&B Italia SpA. He is author of several Italian and international publications concerning banking and finance topics and President of the Scientific Committee of Finance Channel.
